  2. We'll send you the details for scheduling an introduction meeting with one of our coaches.
  3. If you are committed and ready to begin, we'll send you the coaching agreement and session scheduling details.
  4. Coaching begins!


How to get started if you are requesting coaching for another person (for example,  you are an HR professional requesting coaching for a leader in your organization):

  1. Complete the "contact us" form at the top of this page to request a meeting with one of our coaches.
  2. We'll send you the details for scheduling an introduction meeting with one of our coaches.
  3. If you choose to move forward with coaching for the person, you must talk to them about the coaching process and gain their agreement to participate in coaching
  4. If this person agrees and would like to move forward, you'll send us their contact information. We’ll then contact them directly with the coaching agreement and session scheduling details.
  5. Coaching begins!
